The Manager, PeopleSoft HRIS will function as the liaison between Human Resources and the PeopleSoft Development and Support teams. The manager oversees an organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. Maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs. The manager will be responsible for assignment of work and development of team members.
