SUMMARY

The Manager, PeopleSoft HRIS will function as the liaison between Human Resources and the PeopleSoft Development and Support teams. The manager oversees an organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. Maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.   The manager will be responsible for assignment of work and development of team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, or management information systems required 
  • 5 years of supervisory experience within an HRIS environment
  • 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM, in a functional analysis and design or Support role
  • Ability to develop queries in PeopleSoft Query and SQL for more complex analysis
  • Knowledge of Self-Service, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management, and TAM modules... Experience with TAM preferred
  • Communicate effectively with team as well as Functional and IT managers - both written and verbal
  • MS Project, Visio, and Office
  • Analytical and Organizational skills
  • Experience in healthcare a plus, but not required
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes and be capable of understanding and working in partnership with the business users to formulate recommendations for business process design, break-fix analysis, regulatory updates, testing, and enhancements within a PeopleSoft HCM environment
