In accordance with the Grady Health System Policies & Procedures and the EMS operations manual, to provide support services in the specific division during the assigned shift. To coordinate with the Systems Manager or his designee on a daily basis to ensure all assignments are completed. To demonstrate complete knowledge of the Field and Communication Center Operations. Deals with a broad range of equipment, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software problems. Perform preventative maintenance on installed equipment, install add on components, install and configure new systems, and provide advice to end users on hardware and systems software issues. To act as a role model and perform with a high level of competence in the assigned work area. To demonstrate complete understanding of all communications equipment in the division. To ensure sure all on-line communication equipment are in an acceptable state of readiness at all times. Will be held accountable for exemplifying excellent service behavior and timely responsiveness to co-workers, patients, clients, visitors, physicians and vendors.
