Administrative Support


Under limited supervision, performs full/routine secretarial duties to include scheduling appointments/meetings, typing correspondence, ordering supplies, organizing and maintaining files.  Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Performs multitask duties to ensure efficiency in day-to-day business operations. These duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory guidelines and the Grady Health System’s philosophy, policies and procedures.


• High School diploma or GED
• One to two years of secretarial experience required and business/secretarial education or college preferred
• Type 50 WPM
• Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must exhibit excellent verbal/written communication skills and efficiently perform day-to-day office operations

• Bilingual preferred
