The Director, EMS Business Development is responsible for development and implementation of Emergency Medical Service's product line expansion strategies and activities to generate new business relationships and improve client retention. This position works in close coordination with Grady Marketing, Grady Business Development, division Directors and other senior executives of the company. The Director, EMS Business Development monitors effectiveness of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction. The position manages critical and confidential divisional information and uses independent judgment in making decisions. The Director, EMS Business Development organizes the work and performs a variety of activities that promote the annual growth of the divisional product lines to include; 911 contract expansion, specialty transport agreements (N.E.T., Neonatal, CCT), events contracts, ambulance remount RFPs, education programs, and consulting.
