Risk Management & Compliance
Responsible for managing quality improvement activities of an assigned service team of the Grady Health System. Coordinates service specific performance improvement activities with the medical staff, nursing, administration, and other services to ensure identification of areas for improvement and communication of those concerns to the respective source, supports corrective action planning and improvement efforts. Analyzes and summarizes data into comprehensive reports. Stays current with regulatory requirements and assists organization in meeting Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation Standards. Assist with training of external and internal customers as needed. Attends medical staff QA/PI meetings and manage cases for peer review.
