Administrative Support



Provides general office administrative functions for the department.  Coordinates meeting management activities for medical staff committees.  Assists the Director with compiling service reports for presentations.  Orders department supplies and monitors compliance with annual budget.  Also, functions as a back-up in Unit Clerk activities.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years administrative/secretarial experience with computer technology training
  • Payroll experience stongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.  strongly preferred
  • Type 40 WPM desired
  • Ability to compose and take meeting  minutes
  • Knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order
