The HRIS Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team in the areas of data maintenance, integrity and reporting. The data analyst serves as the Data Steward for all HRIS applications and advises HR business users on the data integration requirements between HR functionality and applications. The role assists with requirements gathering, test script development and testing, functional support and training for the HR business users, and supporting HR with basic reporting requirements. The role also acts as the functional Kronos administrator.
