Represents the Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation in all legal matter affecting the Corporation as assigned by the Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs/General Counsel. Specific areas of responsibility shall include assisting outside counsel in managing malpractice litigation, working with Risk Management staff in developing cases research and writing on legal issues affecting the Corporation such as patient care, managed care, contracts, government relations, personnel and employee relations. Responsible for independently handling litigation and non-litigation matters for the Office of General Counsel.
