The Nursing Supervisor for Critical Care is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services. The NS work collaboratively with the Unit Director in supporting clinic operations and patient throughput. The NS serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for nursing's reputation and performance. The NS provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse
Bachelor Degree in Nursing Required
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience; with 2/3 years of leadership experience, preferred
