The Charge Description Master Coordinator (CDMC) assesses, analyzes, and reports issues to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance regarding financial and operational control processes for compliance activities. The position ensures data integrity between Charge Description Master (CDM) and the health system data files; researches coding and revenue reporting requirements to maximize reimbursements within the health system. This position ensures compliance through the collection and interpretation of government regulations affecting related process changes throughout the system. The CDMC assesses the individual and departmental compliance issues and reports non-compliance.
