SUMMARY

Provides administrative support for the Compensation/Benefits Administration department to include benefits, compensation and workers' compensation functions; performs duties necessary to ensure effective operations. Coordinates the tuition reimbursement program and the emergency loan assistance program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with an Associate Degree preferred
  • At least two (2) years of administrative and customer service experience required, preferably in Human Resources
  • Solid demonstration of Microsoft Office Suite competency and computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
  • Strong organizational skills; detail orientation with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor; able to work within a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills (written/verbal)
  • High skill level in customer service
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with all levels of staff
  • Professional office attire required
