This position shall assist the Inventory Control Manager in monitoring inventory levels and to ensure that quantities on hand are sufficient to meet the demands of the customers. Other duties include but not limited to data entry of issues and patient charges into the approved Materials Management Information System. Assist the department manager in managing the daily operational activities of the department to exceed customer satisfaction, and to assure delivery of quality customer support in a consistent, professional, courteous and responsive manner at all times.
High school diploma or GED is required
Must have one (1) to three (3) years equivalent experience /and training in customers service or in a distribution center
Possesses an ability to deal effectively with employees, patients, internal/ external customers, and outside vendors
