SUMMARY

Provides the following services (as defined by state of Georgia service guidelines) for individuals with Mental Illness, Addictive Disease or Developmental Disabilities: Community Support Services; Discharge Planning; Peer Support Services; Group and Family Training. This position may include working in a clinic, community or hospital setting. Community work may include working in shelters, homes, work sites, schools, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelors preferred
  • Certification as Peer Specialist
  • Two (2) years experience with the SPMI and/or Addictive Disease population¬†
