The Administrative Receptionist (AR) performs receptionist duties, clerical duties and provides support to the Administrative Suite. This position is responsible for managing the receptionist desk, which includes greeting the public, answering multi-line phones, filing, and sorting/distributing incoming mail. Performs basic administrative functions under supervision and works in collaboration with Leadership team for completion of clerical assignments, reports, and special projects as assigned. Requires and uses considerable independent judgment in decision making.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in an administrative or customer service support role required
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Types 45 wpm with accuracy
